High Street Haul - My First Youtube Video

Happy Sunday all!

I've decided to start up a Youtube channel alongside my blog as it's something I've been thinking about for a while, so I finally took the plunge.

It feels really strange talking to the camera and I also think I sound super weird in the video haha but I hope you enjoy my first video which is a high street haul!! Please like and subscribe, it will mean a lot :)

Lush Sale Haul

Snow Fairy set x 2
Butter bear bath bomb set

So I'm a sucker for Lush products as are many others. I got a few Lush bits for Christmas which you can see here and I decided to take a look online at the sale as there was nothing left instore when I looked. So this is what I managed to get.

I love the scent of snow fairy so grabbed two of these little boxes which were half price at £4 to keep my obsession going for as long as possible. I've never used 'fun' before which comes in the box with Snow Fairy. On the website it says "A 4-in-1 product, this gentle product can be used as a solid shampoo, bubble bar, soap, or even to play with" - how cool is that. Definitely going to be making fun things in the bath with it like the child I am haha.

In the Butter Bear set you get 6 bath bombs that come in this lovely tin which will be great to re-use afterwards to store my bath bombs in and it was such a bargain at £7.50!!

Did you manage to get anything in the Lush sale?

My Net-A-Porter Sale Haul

When the Net-A-Porter sale starts it's never a good thing for my bank balance as I love my designer labels and even more so when they're at such a great price.

I tried to buy things that I really needed like new jeans, a new bag and lingerie (well I definitely don't need lingerie but it's a staple in my eyes haha)

 Stella McCartney Lingerie (sold out)

More underwear I hear you say? I'm just a sucker for nice underwear and couldn't help myself despite the fact I own about 2,000 pairs haha!

Dolce & Gabbana Bag (sold out)

I've been wanting a new 'weekend' bag for a while, I absolutely love my Givenchy Antigona and my red Aspinal rucksack but they're my work bags and I find them too big for the weekend. I wear my Marc Jacobs bag religiously and I'm fed up of seeing it haha so a new bag was a must in my eyes. As leopard print is such a classic it will never date and goes with everything.

I like to buy expensive jeans as they just seem to last so much longer, my trusty black Iris & Ink jeans from The Outnet are getting old but still have lots of life in them but a new pair was definitely needed so what better pair to get than one designed by the babe Alexa Chung herself.

This swimsuit wasn't actually in the sale but I'm a sucker for swimwear especially designer swimwear so this was a must for our holiday this summer as it's super fun.

Bella Freud Jumper (sold out)

This also wasn't a sale buy and I actually bought this before Christmas  as I wanted it to wear on Christmas day but it hasn't made an appearance on the blog yet so I thought I would add it into this post. There are other Bella Freud jumpers in the sale though here.

What's your favourite piece?

TheOutnet.com Haul

Grenson Brogues

Elle Macpherson lingerie set

Stella McCartney lingerie set

Calvin Klein lingerie set

Stella McCartney Knickers

Caudalie Beauty Set

So I think I've gone a bit crazy on the lingerie this month but I love buying nice sets as I wear them everyday. My favourite one is the CK set as it's really comfy and is the softest silky fabric.

I've also wanted a pair of Grensons for a while so went for this metallic copper pair as I thought they'd be lovely for A/W and will pretty much go with anything.

The Outnet are now selling beauty for a limited time until the new year so I had to get this Caudalie set. At only £15 it was cheaper than the bigger bottle clay mask on it's own if you bought it elsewhere and you get the two free for that price too.

What have you been buying this month? I couldn't help but do a bit of self gifting!

Joules Haul

Beanie Hat - £19.95*
Scarf - £24.95*
Candle - £19.95*
Baby Bird Outfit - £24.95*
Bibs - £4.95 each*

Joules is such a lovely brand that do THE cutest baby clothes. I often look at Joules for baby clothes for my niece Matilda - who is going to look super cute in these bits I got for her (the bibs are reversible which is fab). I don't usually look for bits on Joules for myself, so I decided to have a look at what they had to offer. I got this grey beanie, it was the pink bobble that won me over obviously and I really needed a new scarf and thought this black and white one would be perfect as it will literally go with anything. I had no idea they did home stuff either which was a pleasant surprise. I got this candle (which smells amazing by the way) as I'm currently in the process of looking at properties to buy so this will go nicely in my house when I eventually find one and it would be a great Christmas present for somebody too.

Beauty Haul

Rimmel Kate Moss 107 lipstick
Lush Snow Fairy shower gel
Collection lasting perfection concealer in fair
Younique pencil eye liner in Perfect
Lush Candy Mountain Bath Bomb
Aussie hairspray
Aussie mega shampoo
Aussie mega conditioner

I've picked up a few new beauty bits this month that I thought I would share with you.

I've finally got my hands on the collection concealer after everybody in the Youtube world constantly raving about it so I decided to finally give it a try and why not at just over £4.

I went into Lush to buy a bath bomb and went for candy mountain - it literally smells incredible. I also saw Snow Fairy and had to give that a try to. Everything pink is a winner in my book.

Every autumn I have to re-buy Kate Moss 107 and I bought a pencil eyeliner as I want to get back into wearing it on my water line. I also bought some new Aussie products as they smell soooo good.

Mini Sale Haul

Wrap Top - Topshop £15
Zip Front Skirt - Topshop £18
Floral Midi Dress - Topshop £20
Black ribbed roll neck - Urban Outfitters £10

Who doesn't love a sale?! I'm not a big fan of shopping sales in store as it can be a bit of a nightmare so I much prefer looking online.

I'm currently saving to buy a house so haven't been able to buy/spend as much as I would normally on myself so I had to be sensible with my purchases.

The roll neck and grey skirt are good wardrobe staples that will go with anything, the dress I've wanted for a while and will look lovely with tights and boots for winter and the wrap top will be good if I'm going to dinner and want a nice top to wear with jeans and heels. See I can easily justify haha.

Have you bought anything in the sale yet? I feel like Topshop had a really good one this year as most of their sale pieces were at least 50% off.

What I Got For My Birthday

So this is pretty much everything that I got for my 23rd birthday last week. I still cannot believe I am 23.

I'll start off with what I got from my boyfriend:

Sophia Webster X Shrimps Mules
Fit Bit Charge HR
Nach Bunny Ring (Net-A-Porter)
Markus Lupfer Bananas Sweater (Net-A-Porter)

So I was extremely spoilt this year and got some really amazing gifts - such a lucky girl. My Sophia's have to be my number one present...I'm sure you can see why!!

My Fit Bit was a complete surprise I wasn't expecting it at all despite banging on about wanting one for ages haha. I was really into the gym before we went to Mexico way back in May and I've just lost all motivation since then so I'm hoping this will get it back. You can also see what he planned and we got up to for my birthday here.

I also got this Mille Mack book from Luke's parents - can't wait to get reading!

Then from my mum and step dad:

Unicorn PJ's - ASOS
Pink Fluffy Coat - ASOS
Red Carpet Cinderella Gel Polish
The picture I took of my coat really doesn't do it justice so I had to put the model shot next to it to show how amazing it really is. It's the coat of dreamsssss. I've also worn these pyjamas at every opportunity.
From my Dad and step mum:

Tweed Top - Iris & Ink (TheOutnet.com)
So as you can see from the label the tweed from this top is made by the same company that makes Chanel tweed - Linton Tweed. If that doesn't make you want to buy this gorgeous top then I don't know what will. It's such great quality and fit. It has a zip up the back and I love the frayed edge of the sleeves, neck and hem of the top. Rosie Fortescue is also a big fan!

From my siblings:

Star Boots - ASOS
Sleep Playsuit - Rosie For Autograph
Bambi Knickers & Floral Socks - Topshop
Pug Doorstop
Rimmel Nail Varnishes
Pug Mug - ASOS

These star boots are so fab! I saw them in the ASOS mag a few months ago and new they'd sell out straight away and I was right but luckily my sissy had already bought them for me yay!

I've always loved the Rosie for Autograph range and have a few lingerie sets, PJ's and dressing gown so this gorgeous lace playsuit goes nicely with my collection.

Just to add - this post isn't a braggy post at all, I love reading people's posts like this and know others love reading them too!
