Shirt - Archive by Alexa at M&S
Jeans - Rag & Bone
Shoes - Nicholas Kirkwood
Bag- Dolce & Gabbana

Can we all take a moment to look at this blouse, I had my eye on it since the word of the archive by Alexa collection came out and I saw her in this shirt - I knew it had to be mine. Such a great price at £35 too.

My Rag & Bone jeans & my Kirkwood pumps are recent purchases from my work staff sale. You can watch the video here if you want to see everything that I bought -

I am obsessed with these shoes though, they are the perfect smart everyday shoe that is also smart enough to be worn out out if you don't want to go for full on heels. When  I tried this shirt on at the weekend I knew these would look perfect with it.

Have you bought anything from the Archive by Alexa collection?

All About The Stripes

Coat - Michael Kors
Top - Boohoo
Skirt - New Look
Boots - Acne Studios via Net-A-Porter
Bag - Dolce & Gabbana via Net-A-Porter

I must say, I'm really loving Boohoo at the moment, it's not somewhere I think to shop from but after seeing Lily Melrose's Boohoo haul I saw a few things that I loved (this top included) and made a purchase.

When this top arrived, I was so happy with me, it's pretty simple as it is just a black and white tee but there is also something quite statement about it too. I really love it paired with this cord skirt, I think it may be my new favourite outfit!

I recently did my first every Youtube video which was a High Street Haul with some of the Boohoo pieces in it that I bought. Please check it out and like and subscribe if you enjoy it, it will mean a lot! :)

Outfit Inspiration For A Meal Out

Coat - Michael Kors
Top - Zara
Cropped Flares - River Island
Loafers - Gucci via Net-A-Porter.com
Bag - Dolce & Gabbana via Net-A-Porter.com

This has to be one of my favourite outfits to date - I wore this for the Mothers Day meal that we treated my lovely mum to on Mothers day. We went to The White Horse in Bearsted which is in Maidstone, Kent (which I would highly recommend BTW). I thought it would be good outfit inspiration for you guys as I know it's hard deciding what to wear as you don't want to be too dressed up going for a nice meal so I think this is perfect as you look nice and polished but not like you're going on a night out.

Everything bar the coat and bag are new purchases this month, I couldn't resist this make-up toned ruffled top, the sleeves and the collar are just too cute. My cropped flares which you probably saw in this post here are becoming a firm fave and then there's my new loves - the gorgeous red Gucci loafers that I very naughtily purchased. How nice are they though? They are well worth the money in my eyes. Oh, and did I mention how bloody comfy they are??? They are the softest leather I have ever felt and they fold down at the back and turn into a mule so basically I've paid for two shoes in one which makes them great value haha! I'm so good at justify purchases.

P.s I forgot to take a picture of my deep fried brie starter but here is what I ate:

All About The Ruffles

Coat - ASOS
Shirt - MSGM (TheOutnet.com)
Jeans - River Island
Boots - Acne Studios (Net-A-Porter.com)
Necklace - Monica Vinader
Bag - Dolce & Gabbana (Net-A-Porter.com)

So as it was payday on Friday and it's the first payday since living in my new house it meant I had more money to spend than usual (yay!) as we aren't having to save so much money, so I wanted to treat myself.

I got this gorgeous MSGM pink ruffle shirt from The Outnet. It was obviously the ruffles on the back that drew me in with this (and the fact it's pink obvs!) as ruffles are so big right now and I've also been enjoying wearing shirts a lot recently so I had to have it. As always with my designer things I like to buy items that will have longevity in my wardrobe and that definitely ticks the box.

I'd been looking at buying this Acne pink shirt from Net-A-Porter so I'm thrilled to have found this gem for half the price and with added ruffles!

Another addition to the wardrobe are these cropped flares, they were down to £12 in the River Island sale so I nabbed them after seeing them on Lurch Hound Loves blog. Cropped flares are great as they can be worn so many different ways, with ankle boots, brogues, pointy flats, trainers etc.

Have you bought any pay day purchases yet?

Girlfriend Jeans For The Win

Gilet - ASOS
Jumper - Bella Freud (Net-A-Porter)
Jeans - New Look
Shoes - Topshop
Bag - Dolce & Gabbana (Net-A-Porter)

So here we have the girlfriend jeans, an update on the boyfriend and the skinny as it's a mix of both. Not as slouchy as a boyfriend fit but not as tight as a skinny. I personally think it's my new fave style.

This pair is from New Look at a bargain price of £24.99. (I got them for £19.99 as they had 20% off jeans the day I bought them) which I think is an incredible price for jeans. I don't really shop in New Look especially not for jeans but I'd seen them on somebody and thought I would give them a try and I'm really impressed. They can be worn with trainers, Brogues and ankle boots so they are super versatile.

I think this is one of my fave outfits I've worn recently, I think I may be a girlfriend jeans convert!

My Net-A-Porter Sale Haul

When the Net-A-Porter sale starts it's never a good thing for my bank balance as I love my designer labels and even more so when they're at such a great price.

I tried to buy things that I really needed like new jeans, a new bag and lingerie (well I definitely don't need lingerie but it's a staple in my eyes haha)

 Stella McCartney Lingerie (sold out)

More underwear I hear you say? I'm just a sucker for nice underwear and couldn't help myself despite the fact I own about 2,000 pairs haha!

Dolce & Gabbana Bag (sold out)

I've been wanting a new 'weekend' bag for a while, I absolutely love my Givenchy Antigona and my red Aspinal rucksack but they're my work bags and I find them too big for the weekend. I wear my Marc Jacobs bag religiously and I'm fed up of seeing it haha so a new bag was a must in my eyes. As leopard print is such a classic it will never date and goes with everything.

I like to buy expensive jeans as they just seem to last so much longer, my trusty black Iris & Ink jeans from The Outnet are getting old but still have lots of life in them but a new pair was definitely needed so what better pair to get than one designed by the babe Alexa Chung herself.

This swimsuit wasn't actually in the sale but I'm a sucker for swimwear especially designer swimwear so this was a must for our holiday this summer as it's super fun.

Bella Freud Jumper (sold out)

This also wasn't a sale buy and I actually bought this before Christmas  as I wanted it to wear on Christmas day but it hasn't made an appearance on the blog yet so I thought I would add it into this post. There are other Bella Freud jumpers in the sale though here.

What's your favourite piece?
