My Net-A-Porter Sale Haul

When the Net-A-Porter sale starts it's never a good thing for my bank balance as I love my designer labels and even more so when they're at such a great price.

I tried to buy things that I really needed like new jeans, a new bag and lingerie (well I definitely don't need lingerie but it's a staple in my eyes haha)

 Stella McCartney Lingerie (sold out)

More underwear I hear you say? I'm just a sucker for nice underwear and couldn't help myself despite the fact I own about 2,000 pairs haha!

Dolce & Gabbana Bag (sold out)

I've been wanting a new 'weekend' bag for a while, I absolutely love my Givenchy Antigona and my red Aspinal rucksack but they're my work bags and I find them too big for the weekend. I wear my Marc Jacobs bag religiously and I'm fed up of seeing it haha so a new bag was a must in my eyes. As leopard print is such a classic it will never date and goes with everything.

I like to buy expensive jeans as they just seem to last so much longer, my trusty black Iris & Ink jeans from The Outnet are getting old but still have lots of life in them but a new pair was definitely needed so what better pair to get than one designed by the babe Alexa Chung herself.

This swimsuit wasn't actually in the sale but I'm a sucker for swimwear especially designer swimwear so this was a must for our holiday this summer as it's super fun.

Bella Freud Jumper (sold out)

This also wasn't a sale buy and I actually bought this before Christmas  as I wanted it to wear on Christmas day but it hasn't made an appearance on the blog yet so I thought I would add it into this post. There are other Bella Freud jumpers in the sale though here.

What's your favourite piece?

A Mini The Outnet Clearance Haul

Breton Top - Iris & Ink
Lingerie Set - Stella McCartney

For those of you who don't know TheOutnet.com is the sister brand to Net-A-Porter that is a designer outlet selling past season at great discount prices. They have their own label called Iris & Ink which is amazing BTW - they just launched their FW15 collection which is one of the exciting things I shot in New York on my second time there with work, so you should go check it out here (especially if you love luxury basics/wardrobe essentials)!!

So The Outnet always does a big clearance/summer sale where you can get designer things at amazing prices (even more so than usual!) This Stella McCartney lingerie set was only £18 and it's such a classic set. The Breton top was the same price - usually £45. You can't go wrong with a decent breton which is a wardrobe essential at that price.

I always tend to buy my lingerie from The Outnet or from Net-A-Porter in the sale, as I personally feel you can't beat well made lingerie, especially when it's something you wear everyday.

Net-A-Porter Sale Buys

It's no secret that I work at Net-A-Porter so I am constantly seeing things I want and putting things I see into my wishlist everyday so I love spending at sale time when they go nice and cheap.

I know it's all expensive but all of these were such bargains as I got them in final reductions. Lingerie and footwear are the pieces I love splurging on.

Isabel Marant sliders

You can't go wrong with a pair of black sandals so I had to have these especially in the sale.

Stella McCartney lingerie set

I love buying designer lingerie as it's so worth it especially when it's in the sale and not that much more expensive sometimes even cheaper than the high street. The lace is actually a really gorgeous neon purple but the picture doesn't capture it.

Adidas by Stella McCartney gym top

Topshop Unique knitted crop top

I love that we sell Topshop Unique on NAP as I get my staff discount on it which is so good. This knitted crop I've worn quite a few times since I bought it as it can be worn with so many things - you can see it in this post here

BLK DNM boyfriend jeans

I actually got these for £27 from £140 - a price I couldn't even get jeans for in Topshop and well worth the money. Jeans are worth investing in for me as they're something that's worn all the time and you just can't beat a good pair of jeans, especially at this price.

What I would say that even if you aren't really one for designer pieces or they are just too expensive I think it's definitely worth taking a look on designer sites at sale time, especially at final reductions as you can get some wardrobe heroes at great prices.

May Haul

It's no secret that shopping is a seriously big hobby of mine and the only bad thing about doing a haul post is realising exactly how much I've spent on clothes/shoes in one month - oops!!

Some of these bits you've probably already seen from outfit posts...

Tropical Platforms - ASOS// Nike Sliders - ASOS

The Nike sliders were an easter present from my boyfriend so technically I didn't pay for those ;)

 Vintage shorts bought on Depop

Garfield x Lazy Oaf Dress & Socks
 Crop top - Miss Selfridge

Stella McCartney lingerie set - www.net-a-porter.com

My picture really doesn't do this gorgeous set any justice...this set is £370 - a lot for underwear yes but it isn't actually a lot for a Stella McCartney set. I do get staff discount though so it made it a lot more friendly. If you designer underwear without this price tag then The Outnet is a greta place to look. I usually stick to buying mine from there, I just couldn't resist this one.

Playsuit - Topshop

 Sliders - Zara

Aside from the haul - I found out some really exciting news yesterday...I'm going to be working at British Vogue for a bit at the end of next month! Feeling extremely lucky!

The Outnet Clearance Goodies

I had a lovely treat from the postman this morning - some Stella McCartney lingerie.

The Outnet currently have a Clearance section which they do a couple of times each year and they have so many designer bargains.

I got these bras for £9 and £10 so ridiculously cheapppppp for Stella McCartney - you'd pay more than that on the High Street for sure.

There's still a couple of days left, and everything has been reduced further, so go check it out especially if you love designer items but not the price tags! www.theoutnet.com

Jumper - ASOS//Jeans - Topshop// Necklace - ASOS// Stella McCartney Adidas Trainers - Net-A-Porter

Happy Friday!

I've been dying to wear my new jumper and thought I'd just do a super casual outfit today as I wasn't really doing much.

I feel like a true 90s kid with the mom jeans, buns and turtle neck!

I bought my trainers in the NAP summer sale and they partied hard with me in Ibiza, so they need a good clean!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend, I don't really have much planned except work - boo.
