The Affordable Dreamy Combo Keeping My Skin Looking Lovely

My favourite combo at the moment has to be these two products.

THE CLEANSER:

This cleanser from Sephora has to be the best micellar cleanser I have tried. It's kind to the skin, refreshing and most importantly it gets rid of all make-up and dirt on the skin, I've just started on my second bottle. Unfortunately you can't buy it in the UK so I always stock up on it whenever I am abroad. It's only $12 dollars so very affordable. (you can buy it online and just pay the shipping fee)

 THE NIGHT CREAM:

This night cream is from the Superdrug Vitamin E range which I had heard a lot about so I bought this a couple of months ago to give it a try as it is only £2.99(!!!) no harm done if I didn't like it but I really do. It does everything it says on the tin - my skin looks super glowy in the morning and it's been really helping me out with the colder weather as my skin hasn't really been dry at all.

Do you have any good skincare products you can recommend?

Mini Beauty Haul

Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser
Superdrug Vitamin E Nourishing Night Cream
Caudalie Set
Sephora Liquid Lipstick

I can't go a month without buying any beauty so I thought I'd do a quick round up of what I've bought this month so far.

TheOutnet.com started selling beauty for a limited time over Christmas and this Caudalie set was such a great deal. It's the same price (£22) as 75ml mask that you get in the pack except you get 2x 25ml masks for that price too. I've never actually tried anything from Caudalie before, so I really wanted to give it a try.

I popped into Superdrug and bought these two items from their Vitamin E range as they were buy one get one half price so I got both for around £6 - so good! The hot cloth cleanser comes with a muslin cloth and it's a great dupe for Liz Earle cleanse and polish and a fraction of the price. I'm really enjoying both products so far. The night cream smells of coconut and is really nourishing and so cheap at £2.99.

My new lippy is from Sephora. My sister rang me from Copenhagen to say she was in Sephora and if I wanted something - obviously I did! I've heard people talk about the liquid lipsticks so wanted to give them a try. I asked for a dark red so she picked me this one up and I loveeee it. It's fast becoming my favourite. The only thing I would say is that it can be a bit sticky on the lips at first but once it dries it's okay, it also has great staying power.

What beauty bits have you been buying?

BEAUTY - Superdrug 3 for 2

Something I don't do very often is talk beauty but it's something I've decided I'm going to post about more. After hearing and seeing such good things about certain Rimmel Kate Moss pieces I decided to pop to my local Superdrug and purchase them. I'm not one for buying make-up from Boots or Superdrug but if I know a product is good then I'm more than happy to as just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's a good product.  So I purchased Kate Moss Rimmel lipstick in shade 108 (£5.49) and the Kate Moss eyeshadow stick in Rose Gold (£4.49). All make-up was on 3 for 2 so I also got Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Fatigue blur primer in rose gold (£7.99) as I never wear foundation unless I'm going for a night out so I wanted to get something to perk my skin up.

I tried all three of the products out for the first time the other day and I was really impressed.

The eyeshadow stick - I think it's a gorgeous wearable colour and it has great lasting power. It also works well as a base under other gold eyeshadows.

The lipstick - I usually only use/buy MAC lipsticks but I do love this one as it's a great price and the colour is perfect for this season. It does bleed a tiny little bit but nothing you can't live with and it doesn't last as long as my MAC lipsticks but I'm still impressed and it's definitely become my go to.

The primer - the picture above doesn't really capture the rose tone that well, sorry about that. It claims  it "instantly smoothes for even-looking tone and texture" and "skin looks refreshed and revitalised" I agree that it does do those things and it makes my skin feel really silky and smooth.

Have you got any of these products? If so, what do you think of them?
