Lip Kit by Kylie Jenner Review

Lip Kit in True Brown K - Kylie Cosmetics

I finally got my hands on one!! It was Friday at 5pm I was at work, I clicked on Twitter and just as I did Kylie tweeted saying that all lip kits were now in stock 30 seconds ago. I was straight on the website with True Brown K in my basket. After watching all of the youtube first impressions about them I had to get one.

I do love all of the new shades but I wanted a shade I didn't already have something similar to so the brown it was. I have always been fond of a dark lip so this hasn't disappointed.

I'm really impressed with it, the lip liner goes on super smoothly and the liquid lipstick dries quickly and is really long lasting.

I must get more colours.

BEAUTY - My Favourite Liquid Lipstick

Sephora Cream Lip Stain - 13 Marvellous Mauve

On face -
Collection Lasting Perfection concealer under eyes
MAC matte bronzer on face
Clinique Cheek pop blusher in peach pop
Anastacia Beverley Hills eyeshadow in Pink champagne
Kat Von D tattoo eyeliner in Trooper
Sephora cream lip stain in Marvellous Mauve

This liquid lipstick or cream lip stain as Sephora like to call it is to die for. I swatched it whilst in Sephora in Hollywood L.A and instantly fell in love. The shade was exactly what I had been looking for and the formula is seriously dreamy. It hasn't left my lips since I bought it about a month ago.

I feel like this definitely doesn't get enough hype as I haven't heard of many people talking about them. The thing I like about it is that it's really long lasting but doesn't feel cakey on the lips and if you do want to change up your lip colour during the day it's easy to get off and isn't stuck there like some liquid lipsticks.

Matte lipsticks are literally my favourite thing and you can't really get any more matte than this. Annoyingly we don't have a Sephora in the UK but if you get the chance to head to a Sephora whilst abroad I would 100% recommend getting one if you love a long lasting matte lip like myself. I'm dying to get more shades!

Lipstick is super important to me as I wear it everyday without fail and I feel naked without it so I'm always looking out for new ones to try. I've got my eye on the Stila liquid lipsticks that I've seen people talking about and I currently have a Kylie Jenner lip kit on the way which I am ridiculously excited about. I got so lucky with that as I clicked on twitter just as she tweeted to say they were on sale so straight in my basket it went!!! I will be doing a post about it when it arrives to see if it lives up to the high expectations.

Liquid lipsticks have become my new favourite thing. If you have any to recommend please comment below as I'd love to know.

Faux Fur & Flat Shoe Lovin'

Leather jacket - River Island
T-Shirt - Zara
Jeans - Iris & Ink (www.theoutnet.com)
Shoes - Zara
Scarf - ASOS
Lipstick - Kate Moss Rimmel in shade 08 (ASOS)

Quite a basic/casual outfit from me today. I'm really not a fan of this weather as I find it's too warm to wear a full on coat but I feel like a bit of warmth is needed so that's where the scarf comes in. I am well and truly obsessed with faux fur this season, especially the scarves. This ASOS beauty (£30) was a must have, they have so many to choose from on there but this one did it for me. It's sooo soft and soooo warm it's going to be my best friend this winter.

On my feet are my new Zara beauties. I've had my eye on this Marni pair but at £630 (I know!) they were just way out of budget so I got these for £49.99 instead!! They're a great autumnal shoe and I will make sure I get lots of wear out of them before it becomes permanent boot weather.

Relaxed Sunday Style | ASOS Sliders

Top - H&M// Jeans - Topshop// Sliders - ASOS

Yay the sun is finally shining on a day I am off work so I took the opportunity to wear my new gorgeous sliders. I spent today chilling with some of my lovely friends and went for a classic comfy outfit - you can't go wrong with a Breton, jeans and a bit of red lippy.

My sliders were bought in the ASOS sale, with the extra 15% off the sale promotion they have running at the moment I got them for just under £9 - such a bargain for real leather shoes!

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend.

Weekend Outfit Inspiration - Zara | Christian Louboutin | Coca Cola

                       Dress - Zara// Shoes - Christian Louboutin// Bag - Thailand// Ring - Accessorize

Happy hump day!

I thought I would give you some outfit inspiration if you were off for a night out this weekend! I bought this Zara dress for £29.99 about two weeks ago and I just loved the colour and the mesh sleeves. It was the perfect dress to wear with my new Louboutins featured previously here. I couldn't find a High Street alternative for the shoes but I think it would look great with any black or even red patent pointed pumps.

How cool is my bag? I bought this on Khao San Road in Bangkok for 300 Baht which is less than £3! With all the Coca Cola pieces floating around this season (especially the amazing Ashish pieces) I just had to buy it! It's actually handmade from coca cans which makes it that little bit cooler.

Are you buying anything new to wear out this weekend?

Florence & The Machine

I'm afraid to say this is going to be a pretty picture heavy post as I went to see the AMAZING Florence and the Machine at the Alexandra Palace in London, which by the way was a gorgeous venue. This was the second time I've seen her live as I saw her at The Hammersmith Apollo in 2010 and she's exceeded my expectations everytime, she is incredible. I'm absolutely in love with her album 'Ceremonials' especially after hearing it all live. The whole venue is standing which is different to when I saw her last time as I was sitting - I'm not sure which I prefer as both as positives and negatives. Like with standing although you're much closer and can actually see her properly, people block your vision and your legs severely ache by the end but I did like being more in with the action.

How amazing is her catsuit!

She was supported by 'The Horrors' who I'd heard of before but never heard there music and thought they were ok and 'Spector' I hadn't heard of before but really liked them, so I will definitely be downloading their songs.

Here is what I wore:

Top - Topshop//Pants - American Apparel// Dr Martens - Office// Bag - Marc Jacobs// Ring  - Accessorize
Purple Lipstick - 'Kate' range for Rimmel

If you haven't seen Florence and the Machine and you are a fan (not that anyone couldn't be) I would really recommend getting tickets to see her, you won't be disappointed considering she's even better live.

Tres Cool

Jumper - H&M//Dress - Dorothy Perkins//Flatforms - ASOS//Tights - ASOS//Ring - Stall in Marbellaa

I love midi dresses/skirts at the moments and can't get enough of this dress from Dorothy Perkins which I have showed you recently and is a replica of the Topshop one but £10 cheaper.

I've had this jumper from H&M since September but I haven't really worn it that much and I think this is the first time it has made an appearance on the blog. I wore it today as it was a bit chilly and I thought I would put it over my dress just to get another look from it and I really love that it gives my outfit some colour although maybe I should have worn it before I had my hair dyed dark pink!  I got it at the time jumpers with slogans on were "big" and it reads 'Tres Cool'. I teamed it all with my flatforms (which I have been wearing to death)

I love the tights because although they are black, with the detail down the side they aren't just boring thick black tights.

I go to Marbella in Spain every year on holiday with my family and I picked up my ring on a cute little jewellery stall. Love it.

All of this was finished off with my lovely black lipstick which is by Miss Sporty and was about £2.35. I never buy cheap make-up - everything I have is either Benefit, MAC or Bobby Brown but I wanted to try it out to see whether I'd like it and didn't want to pay £13 for a MAC one just incase, although now I know I can. This Miss Sporty one is great for the price although it does tend to 'bleed' so I'm thinking of lining my lips with black eyeliner first.

Hope you like!
