What I Got For Christmas 2015

Acne Studios Jensen Suede Boots - Net-A-Porter.com

These gorgeous boots were my main present from my lovely boyfriend. I'm a sucker for designer things especially accessories as they last a really long time and black boots are such a staple so I really wanted an expensive pair. They do these boots in leather rather than suede and in different colours but I really wanted a real suede pair. They are the perfect heel height for everyday and the silver detailing on the toe and the writing down the back of the boot really make them for me. I don't think I'll be taking them off of my feet any time soon.

Adidas Stan Smith Trainers - Net-A-Porter.com

I already own a white cracked leather pair of Stans and they are such a staple for me as they can be worn with everything and are super comfy due to this I really wanted a black pair and these velvet leopard print ones had to be mine.

Engraved Monica Vinader Rose Gold Necklace

I've wanted a necklace that I can wear everyday for a long time now and what better than this one. The front has 'Claudia' engraved on it and the back has a pineapple so I can switch it up and wear it both ways. I'm a sucker for anything that is personalised.

H&M Dress

This gorgeous dress was a gift from my sister, she actually has it herself and bought me one as she knew I loved it. Such a shame we no longer live together and can't share wardrobes!

Rosie for Autograph PJ's - Marks & Spencer

I love the Rose H-W range for M&S my collection is really growing now. The lingerie is so gorgeous and is such a perfect fit as is the sleepwear.

 PJ's - Missguided

I'm a sucker for pyjamas and these are ridiculously cute and so comfy - Missguided PJ's for the win. (sorry about how creased they are!!)

The Carries Diaries Book - Amazon
Vogue Magazine Subscription
2016 Glitter Diary - Paperchase
Pug Socks - New Look
Babyliss Hair Wand

So happy that Luke renewed my Vogue subscription as that's something I don't have to worry about buying each month now.
If you have long hair and are after a curling wand, I'd highly recommend this one. I used it once for the first time on Christmas day and loved it. I didn't hairspray my hair as I don't like to and it lasted for days.

Soap & Glory Gift Set
Nivea Lip Care Set

Rose Jam Bath Bomb
Razzle Dazzle Bath Melt
Candy Mountain Bubble Bar
Butterbear Bath Bomb
Estee Lauder Make-Up Brush Cleanser
Una Brennan Vitamin C Gentle Daily Micro Polish Wash
The Balm Nude Tude Palette

I'm a sucker for anything from Lush so I can't wait to use these pieces in my bath! My thoughtful mumma got them for me so that I can save them for when I move out so it's less stuff I have to spend my money on.

How gorgeous is this palette? I haven't stopped wearing it since Christmas Day.

Miu Miu Perfume

I've wanted this perfume since I smelt it in Vogue magazine a few months ago so it went straight on the top of my Christmas list and thankfully my mumma got it for me.

Real Techniques Make-up Brushes

Last but not least I got new brushes yay!

What was your favourite thing you got from Christmas?

I got lots of bits for our new home for Christmas too so I've done a separate post for that so watch out for it.

The Coats That Will Keep You Stylish & Warm This Winter

So you could say this is my coats edits - these types of coat/jacket are all you need to see you through Winter. Now that we are in November it's a great time to be talking about what's going to be keeping us warm for the next 5/6 months as the cold weather has now hit. Below I have the 3 different types bomber/parka/faux fur and my top 3 picks plus the one that I'm going to be wearing all Winter.

So lets start with the bomber - it's the perfect transeasonal piece. It's perfect for now when you don't really need a full on coat but you can also just layer it up with knitwear when it does get super cold. The one I'm wearing is from Topshop and is £65 it has the softest/warmed faux fur lining. This has been one of my go to jackets for October and November so far.

Everybody should have a parka in their wardrobe because it's such a classic. Mine is from Topshop and is £70 - it's actually quite thin so I will definitely need to layer up with this one come the colder months but I was so drawn to the bright blue faux fur hood and thought it was really different. It will definitely see you through this Winter and many more Winter's to come.

I don't think you can get through the freezing cold winter without faux fur. It is so warm and so snuggly. My one is from ASOS and was £90. I've had it since my birthday in September and haven't really worn it that much yet as it hasn't really been the right weather for it especially because I spend a lot of my time on the Central line in the mornings - faux fur and the tube do not mix well!

I hope I've given you some coat inspiration!

Faux Everything

Jumper - & Other Stories
Faux Fur Vest - ASOS
Faux Leather Leggings - www.leggsington.co.uk *
Skater Shoes - H&M
Bag - Marc by Marc Jacobs www.my-wardrobe.com

Another comfy/snug day for me today, this weather doesn't make me want to dress up - especially after all of the rain we've been having!! These leggings make a nice change from jeans which I seem to be wearing to death at the moment. I love the zip detailing on the ankle too. They can be worn casual but also with heels. They're also nice and tight - there's nothing worse than saggy leggings.

My jumper was a massive bargain at £5 in the & Other Stories sale which I got back in July, they had other colours which I wish I'd bought at such a great price and my faux fur vest was also a sale steal at £11 bought a few months ago - I was preparing for the cold pretty early this year.

Faux Fur

Rollneck - Mango
Fur Gilet - ASOS (old)
Jeans - Topshop
Skater Shoes - H&M
Rucksack - Aspinal of London

I'm so happy that it's Friday tomorrow as I have a nice weekend ahead filled with a cinema trip to see Interstellar, a Nandos visit, and a night out. I went for a pretty casual outfit for today, I've started wearing my gilets so I can get some wear out of them before the super cold weather starts and it will have to be a coat day everyday. I got my Mango roll neck in the last 30% off weekend for a bargainous £6.99!! I've really worked on building up my basics this autumn and Mango is the best place to go as they are cheap and good quality.

I'm still ever so in love with my rucksack, I don't think it will ever fade.

Do you have much planned for the weekend?

Sporty Spice - H&M | Adidas Stella McCarntney

Top - H&M// Sports Bra - H&M// Leggings - Adidas via Sports Direct// Trainers - Adidas Stella McCartney - Net-A-Porter.com

This is a slightly different post to usual...I recently joined the gym and as someone who did no exercise what so ever and just wore trainers for fashion, I was on the look out for gym wear. Whilst browsing in H&M on Great Malborough Street a couple of weeks ago, I stumbled across their own sportswear - I was immediately drawn in with the girly colours, prints and the amazing price point and I felt like I needed to share this with you all.

                          Top - £7.99                                          Bra - £9.99

I am so impressed with these bits, they're a great quality and fit - especially the bra which is 'medium support' and I don't really get any movement at all which is great.

Top - H&M £7.99// Leggings - H&M £12.99// Trainers - Stella McCartney Adidas £69 in Net-A-Porter sale.

This is a little outfit I put together to show you some other pieces that I really want to get. The trainers are from NAP, they were £115 so such a great price now. There's also some Adidas Stella McCartney clothing in the sale which is a lot more purse friendly but stick to H&M if on a budget :)

Pug Walk Sunday feat. ASOS | Topshop | H&M | Zatchels

Jacket - H&M
Top - H&M
Jeans - Topshop
Sliders - ASOS
Bag - Zatchels

I love walking my pugs on a sunny Sunday, I'm lucky enough to have the beach at the end of my road so I always take them down there.

Despite the sun, I wore my new jacket as it can be a little chilly up on the cliffs! I got it from H&M on the sale rail for £10! Such a bargain. I love all of the detailing and the Isabel Marant vibe. My breton also goes underneath it perfectly. I apologise for my sliders popping up in a lot of posts, they are just so comfy and easy to slip on. I'm also a sucker for a navy and red combo.

After a lovely walk, we ended up having to carry my little fatties home as they got too hot and tired haha!

I hope you're all enjoying the bank holiday weekend, I'm working tomorrow boo :( so trying to make the most of today.

Patent, PVC & Stripes | H&M | ASOS | Daisy Street | Zatchels

Top - H&M// Skirt - ASOS// Shoes - Daisy Street// Bag - Zatchels// Ring - Accessorize// Necklace - Wallis

I've been wearing these shoes to death...I get so many compliments every time I wear them, more so than any other shoes I've ever worn. They are so cute and such a good price (£14.99). They also come in coral and black if you don't fancy nude.

I love this PVC skirt although I haven't had much wear out of it as yet. I bought it at the end of Summer last year and I'm not one for wearing black tights with light coloured skirts so I put it on at the first sign of sun (shame about the rain now!). As it's a midi I don't feel too bad having my legs out when it isn't yet the height of Summer.

My trusty breton and little Zatchel finished off the outfit nicely.

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend!

T-bar Shoes - Daisystreet.co.uk// Leather Sliders - ASOS

As you can see in the last month I have been on a bit of a spree...it's only when I put this post together that I really how much I had bought.

As you all know I went to Thailand last month so of course I was at the MAC counter in the airport...I love buying make-up nearly as much as I do clothes and there's no greater feeling than trying out your new products for the first time (other than wearing new clothes for the first time). I finally bought Lady Danger after hearing and seeing it all around the blogosphere! I will be doing a review on these bits sometime in the near future. I was also desperate for some new brushes so ended up buying pretty much the entire set - oops.

Then there's the clothes, of course not needing any of them but clearly couldn't resist. Some if these items have already popped up in posts, so I apologise for that!

Can you justify buying 3 new pairs of shoes in less than a month? Of course, I needed all three. The t-bar shoes were just too cute to say no, I've been lusting after sliders for a while and they were a great price and I was desperate for a new pair of trainers as I am wearing my Adidas Stella McCartney's to death.

I haven't gone this crazy in a while so I feel it is acceptable and I'd just returned from holiday so of course I needed to help cure the blues!
