I have been spending a lot of my time in the capital recently as we have been given our final project at uni where we had to produce a 3 minute programme either for daytime TV or for T4. We were inspired by a programme from T4 called 'New Look Style The Nation' which is what we decided to base our idea around. Therefore we named ours 'Style in the capital' and based it on the topic 'Is fashion in East London dead?' So while spending a lot of my time in Shoreditch/Spitalfields/Brick Lane not only did I meet Henry Holland and manage to get him into the film (which I found very exciting!) I also quickly popped into some of the vintage stores one of them being 'Blitz' where I purchased my Winnie The Pooh dungarees for £24. I have been after some dungarees for a while now and what better than some vintage dungarees with one of my favourite Disney characters Eeyore on them and also the prospect that I'm not going to see anyone else walking around with matching ones on - the main thing I love about vintage fashion.
So I thought I would share with you how I styled my dungarees as we finally have some nice weather to be able to get my legs out! I will show you my Levi cut offs in an outfit at a later date.
Feeling like a 90s kid in:
Top - ASOS// Dungarees - Vintage// Shoes - Dr Martens// Socks - H&M
Albert wanted to get involved in the photography so I thought I would share some pictures of him
Today was my last day of uni so I now have 4 months of freedom!
Are you a fan of dungarees and what do you think of how I've styled them?
