Jacket - Topshop// Top - River Island// Skirt - River Island// Belt - Zara// Ring - Accessorize// Earrings -ASOS// Dr Martens - Office
I'm finally sharing one of my purchases from River Island that I got during my lunch break when I was at Red Magazine (my cheeky pug was trying to get in all the photos). I got the silver metallic pleated skirt for £20 from £40 in the sale - I wanted it previously so when I saw they had a size 8 and it was half price how could I say no? I teamed it with my black and white striped top also from River Island. The skirt definitely looks better on than it does on the hanger which is always a bonus so don't be put off if you want to buy it.
My Dr Martens were my choice of shoes for this outfit because I love wearing them with bare legs and skirts/dresses - I'm sure I've told you all that before. I'm quite happy about this as it means I get to wear them all year round! One of these are definitely going to be my next pair, as they will be great to go with all of my brightly coloured summer clothes but the question is Raspberry or Blueberry? (I want both!) I'm a pink girl at heart but really love the Blueberry ones.
What do you think of my new skirt and how I've styled it?

ReplyDeleteThe skirt is awesome! Love what you've paired it with too, the monochrome makes the skirt the focus. Can't wait to wear my docs with bare legs but I'm waiting a little while cos I get cold easily! I really like the raspberry ones, aaah doc buying envy, I really want some flowery ones!
